ALUMINIUM BAR AND QR CODE LABELS

(Digital) printed code-images BAR, QR code and product labels are digitally printed in the anodised aluminium plate. The codes are scratch resistant, easy to read and very durable.

Sharp print and clear layout

If you have a barcode or QR code picture made, it is important that the code is easy to scan. There must be sufficient space around the code but it is also important to create enough of a contrast between the stripes and the background.

Applications

Anodising
An electrolytic process where aluminium is converted to aluminium oxide at the surface. This has a very nice decorative look, is strong, scratch resistant, solvent and weather resistant.

Digital printing in aluminium

With this technique, it is possible to print directly in anodised aluminium plates with the ink being absorbed into the plate. The result is a plate with sublime scratch resistance. A technique that is very suitable for print runs with an alternate image.

CNC milling

A CNC-controlled milling machine to provide extremely accurate labels from cut-outs.

Lasering

With a CO₂ laser you can mark anodised aluminium plates of all kinds of colours. The lasered image shows white. Many types of plastic can also be cut with this.

Finish
The aluminium labels and plates can be provided with the right mounting holes or self-adhesive tape, so that they can be placed quickly and accurately.
