Bespoke equipment or machine nameplate
Many versions of nameplates can be printed, laser-marked, etched, screen printed or engraved by Polychromal according to your specifications. Where required, an industrial name plate can be provided with sequential numbering or other designations during production.
Full colour in aluminium
Digital printing in aluminium is also possible. With this technique single-piece, small or medium-sized name plates can be produced efficiently, whereby a razor sharp full-colour image can be applied.
Metal machine nameplates
To identify your machine or communication of the model type, your logo or brand name. Polychromal manufactures machine plates that are extremely durable and fluid or chemical resistant with solutions for small and large runs.
Finish
The machine nameplates and industrial nameplates can be provided with the right mounting holes or self-adhesive tape where required with which a robust attachment is guaranteed.
Applications
The machine nameplates have a wide variety of applications including machines, instruments, control panels, control cabinets, on ships, electronics and vehicles such as buses, tractors, forklifts, crane trucks, aerial work platforms, trucks, caravans...
Commission a nameplate or machine nameplate by Polychromal
Nameplates will always be produced according to your specifications with options of single pieces, small, medium-sized print runs.
Anodising
An electrolytic process where the aluminium on the nameplate is converted to aluminium oxide at the surface. This has a very nice decorative look, is strong, scratch resistant, solvent and weather resistant. If desired, the surrounding panels can also be anodised.
Digital printing in aluminium
With this technique, it is possible to print directly in anodised aluminium plates with the ink being absorbed into the plate. The result is a plate with sublime scratch resistance. A technique that is very suitable for print runs with an alternate image.
Screen printing
Screen printing of texts and graphic images in anodised aluminium and on other carriers.
Chemical etching
Intensification in stainless steel nameplates by means of chemical etching. The etched (intensified) parts can be inlaid with a colour lacquer.
CNC milling
A CNC-controlled milling machine to provide extremely accurate nameplates and product type number plates from cut-outs. Highly suited to small and medium series.
Engraving
With our modern CNC-controlled milling and engraving machines, images can be engraved in the aluminium. This creates a relief that can be inlaid with a colour lacquer. With laser-guided engraving machines, images can also be marked.
Lacquering
Name plates that are etched or engraved can be inlaid or filled with a colour lacquer. Polychromal INTF has various techniques at its disposal in order to do so.
Lasering
With a CO2 laser you can mark anodised aluminium plates of all kinds of colours. The lasered image is white. Many types of plastic can also be cut with this.
